Your tasks

  • Acquisition of new customers and new locations as part of the business strategy
  • Consulting and support of our customers as a specialist in PPE, big bags, and ESD products
  • Analysis of the individual customer needs of our key customers in the sales area
  • Independent organization of your work week based on prospects and ongoing customer projects
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Negotiation of prices and terms
  • Ongoing market and competitive analysis
  • Regular exchange with management

Your profile

  • Solid industry knowledge in the PPE sector (mandatory)
  • Knowledge in asbestos remediation, big bags or ESD products is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales
  • Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Team player with high customer and service orientation
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Very good German and English language skills, additional languages are an advantage
  • Safe handling of MS Office applications
  • Completed commercial training or comparable degree

Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/f/d) part-time 20h / 25h

Your tasks

  • Together with the team, you will take care of the company's accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and asset accounting)
  • Booking of all business transactions (bank, credit cards, cash, travel expenses, internal billing, etc.)
  • Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Receivables management
  • Payment transactions and liquidity planning
  • Various reports (VAT advance return/EC sales list/etc.)
  • Further development of processes and systems with a lot of creative freedom

 

 

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable business administration degree
  • Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • Fluent English in spoken and written form
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a comparable ERP system as well as good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Good team and communication skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven working style
  • Very good organization with high reliability rounds off your profile
