Especially with hantavirus risks, closed personal protective equipment is important, as infection can occur primarily through contact with the droppings of infected rodents and by inhaling stirred-up, virus-containing dust.
The ProSafe2 Plus protective suit is suitable for work in areas where possible contamination by hantaviruses or RNA viruses cannot be ruled out, especially during cleaning, remediation, or disposal work in rooms with possible contact with droppings from rodents such as mouse feces, urine, or contaminated dust.
To protect the user, the overall should be worn in combination with appropriate personal protective equipment, especially respiratory protection, protective gloves, and possibly safety glasses. The selection of complete PPE depends on the specific risk assessment on site.
