The CleanAIR® CA-40 safety helmet from DS SafetyWear combines comfort and comprehensive protection for welding and grinding work. With its modern autodarkening filter and robust design, the helmet is ideal for use in demanding work environments.

The CA-40 weighs just 1,100g and offers excellent coverage thanks to its size of 300mm x 240mm x 320mm. Equipped with the Balder V9-13 DS ADC autodarkening filter, the helmet allows clear vision through a field of view of 95 x 46.5 mm. The filter size is 110 x 90 mm, which ensures a precise and comfortable view of the work area.
The helmet is made of durable PA 66 HI polyamide, which is known for its high impact resistance and durability. It meets various safety standards, including EN 12941 TH3 for respiratory protection, EN 14594 2A/3B for ventilation systems, EN 175 B for eye protection, EN 379 1/1/1/1 for the filter performance and EN 397 MM for the helmet itself.
For added convenience and safety, the CA-40 hard hat features a QuickLOCK® input that ensures an easy and secure connection. The helmet is designed for operating conditions from 0°C to +55°C and a humidity of 20 - 95% RH, while storage conditions allow temperatures from -10°C to +55°C.
