Your tasks
- active advice and support for existing customers as a specialist on the subject of PPE (personal protective equipment) and occupational safety
- Acquisition of new customers and development of long-term customer relationships
- Analysis of the individual customer needs of our key customers in the sales area Europe
- Link in the communication between key customers and internal teams
- Independent organization of your working week based on the reported prospects and ongoing customer projects
- Customer-Relationship-Management
- Negotiating prices and conditions
- Ongoing market and competition analysis
- Constant exchange with the management
- Sound industry knowledge in the PPE area (mandatory requirement)
- Sales professional with at least 5 years of professional experience in field service
- Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a high level of customer and service orientation
- Self-reliant and independent work as well as a high willingness to travel are a matter of course for you
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English. Additional language skills an advantage
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications completes your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable studies
